Fault-finding and remedial work to power and lighting

Fault-finding can vary from a single light not working up to a major incident that has occurred and at Redstone we treat every client’s problem with the same urgency to ensure any issues are rectified as soon as possible, to make sure your company is doing what it should be.

Fire alarm/security system testing and alterations

It is recommended fire alarm systems are tested at least every six months. We have systems in place to let you know when this needs to be done which means you have less things to worry about. Security systems don’t have to be tested as frequently but should be to ensure the safety and peace of mind for the business owner and employees.

Emergency lighting testing and alterations

Similarly, emergency lighting should be tested quarterly-yearly depending on the size of the business premises. That is another service we provide and once again something we keep in our system to save you the hassle of remembering when it is, we do that for you.

Electrical Installation Condition Report

An Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) needs to be carried out every 5 years in commercial properties.

We have a five-step process when carrying out these periodic inspections which ensures you fully understand what needs to be done with documentation provided to keep you compliant and your environment safe.
